Sony today announced two new additions to its Alpha series of mirrorless cameras with the launch of the Alpha 6600 and Alpha 6100 ALONG with two new APS-C lenses. A 16-55 F/2.8 and a 70-350mm F/4.5-6.3.
The Alpha 6600 packs:
– 5-axis in-body image stabilization
– Sony Z Battery for the first time on an APS-C camera, enabling extended power performance
– magnesium alloy design that is dust and moisture resistant
– Real-time Eye AF for movie shooting
– 4K movie recording in Super 35mm format and S-Log3 and S-Log2 Gamma profiles are provided.

Fujifilm X-T30 Photo Walk Saturday 8/24, 4 PM – 7 PM
Join Englewood Camera and FUJIFILM on a special photo walk in Downtown Littleton showcasing the impressive imaging capabilities and compact design of the X-T30.
Participants will be given a FUJIFILM X-T30 to use for the walk with assorted FUJI X-mount lenses.
Each participant will recieve a discount code for either $50 off a body kit or $100 off a kit with a lens after attending the walk.
We have a MAX of 15 participants. Cost for the walk is $10 and will cover one beer or beverage post walk at a local establishment in Downtown Littleton.
MEET UP INSTRUCTIONS:
Please meet at Englewood Camera between 4-4:30pm to check out your camera for the event. We will aslo have a coresponding DEMO DAY happening so you can see all of FUJIFILMS’s latest cameras and lenses. We will then head to Downtown Littleton to explore the area, take pictures and ask questions about the camera. The walk will be lead by camera store employee Kyle Cooper and FUJIFILM representitives.

Moving to an even higher resolution realm, the Sony Alpha a7R IV continues the noteworthy series of highly capable full-frame cameras, characterized by impressive stills and video performance and versatility.
This fourth edition of the a7R sees the inclusion of an updated 61MP Exmor R BSI CMOS sensor and enhanced BIONZ X image processor, which afford impressive imaging results with marked smoothness, a 15-stop dynamic range, and, of course, speed. Up to 10 fps shooting is possible along with the ability to record UHD 4K30 video, both with support for Real-time Eye AF and Tracking AF technologies.
A Fast Hybrid AF System, with 567 phase-detection autofocus points, for notably fast and accurate focusing performance. Despite being such a high-resolution sensor, it is also distinguished by its flexible native sensitivity range from ISO 100-32000 for working in a variety of lighting conditions.
