Englewood Camera Soft Opening

Hey everyone!

We just wanted to update everyone on the upcoming week and what you could call a “soft opening” that we’re planning on having. Starting Monday our hours will be as follows:

HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday: 9-3pm
Wednesday: 9-3pm
Friday: 9-3pm
Saturday: 9-3pm

Film drop off turn around time varies right now but expect about a week turn around as there’s been a huge influx in film drop off.

Special orders may take a while to come in. Don’t hesitate to ask about special orders though!

Rentals are now available. Drop off or pick up is unavailable Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

We look forward to seeing some familiar faces. To stay healthy we’ll be taking the following steps:

– Face covering will be mandatory when entering the store.

– Maintain a safe distance away from your fellow customers if there is a line and our employees while you are being helped. Social distancing markers have been laid out outside the shop.

– To minimize traffic in the store we’re currently using a curbside pick up for most sales. (This might change as our employees get a hang of how things will work.)

– We are disinfecting surfaces, door handles, cameras, credit card machines (every time it is used) and other gear multiple times a day.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT: Appointments can guarantee you get the time you need with one of our employees. Visit this link to sign up for an appointment: https://signup.com/go/LkiGZVQ Please only sign up for one appointment to ensure everyone has a fair chance.

We look forward to helping you all and ask that you are patient as we get back up and running. – EC Staff

Coronavirus and Englewood Camera

At Englewood Camera we strive to provide our customers and employees the best possible photographic experience. Given the current and ongoing situation with Coronaviruse, we will be evaluating our options with regard to store operations on a daily basis. We will follow the guidelines set forth by federal, state and local agencies to ensure that we operate in a manner that keeps customers and employees safe and healthy.

The health and well being of our Englewood Camera community is our highest priority. We take pride in providing our customers and employees a clean shopping and working experience, especially in our “high-touch” areas such as our camera gear cases and checkout counter. As we are a very personal face-to-face service, it is of the utmost importance that we do our best to limit the possibility of exposure to any and all illnesses.

Just as we commit to keeping our store clean for our customer, we ask all of our customers to consider how they are feeling before stopping in to our store. Before bringing your gear in, if you’ve been feeling poorly, we ask that you don’t. When you bring gear in for evaluation you could be handing us something that is contaminated and we will be handling it including placing it up to our faces.

If you’ve been in the high country, we ask that you also be considerate and follow the guidelines set forth by the state and stay home. We’d love to see you, but let’s play it safe.

In closing, we wish you all good health and that you stay safe. This too shall pass and we will all get back to normal soon.

Thank you —
